Assistant Settings

This page allows you to configure a specific assistant within the QAnswer platform. You can set the assistant's name and description.

Note: the assistants name and description have an impact on agentic mode

Duplicate Assistant

• You can duplicate an existing assistant by clicking on the DUPLICATE ASSISTANT button. This will create a copy of the assistant with all its settings and data.
• This will redirect you to the dupllicate assistant settings page where you can change the picture, name and description before using it.

Import/Export Assistant Settings

Export

• You can export the assistant settings by clicking on the EXPORT AI ASSISTANT button.
• You can choose to include or exclude the assistant's data (documents, conversations, etc.) in the export.
• If you exclude the data, only the assistant's settings will be exported in a JSON file.
• If you include the data, a ZIP file will be generated containing the JSON file and all the assistant's data.

Import

To import an assistant, on the AI Assistant list page :

• Click the CREATE AN AI ASSISTANT button
• Open the ADVANCED SETTINGS
• Select the JSON file or ZIP file containing the assistant settings and data
• Click on FINISH and the assistant will be imported into your QAnswer platform.

Make Favorite

You can mark an assistant as favorite by clicking on the star icon present :

• Above the assistant picture on the settings page
• On the AI Assistants list page, on the assistant line
